Mature Worker Connection (MWC) was established in September of 2005 as a nonprofit referral and job placement service for Pima County, Arizona residents age 50 and older. We are a program of Pima Council on Aging.

Our Services are FREE!

Our Mission is to ...

Make employers aware of the value of mature
workers.

Refer well qualified mature applicants who meet the workforce needs of employers.

Ensure that mature workers are prepared for and secure meaningful employment.

MWC Statistics

In November 2005, MWC held a Senior Job Fair. We saw over 1000 Job Seekers and 206 of those Job Seekers were placed in jobs soon after as a result.

Since then, MWC has:

Registered 1245 Job Seekers
Registered 405 Employers
Posted 645 Jobs
Placed 423 Mature Job Seekers
